The resort and 27 holes of golf opened in 1985. In 1991 nine more holes were added and the two courses became known as North and South. Membership is tied home ownership and availability. The Golf Membership cap is 445 members and there are currently 407 memberships sold. The North course measures 6,950 yards from the back tees with a rating of 73.4 and a 144 slope. The South course is 7,007 yards from the championship tees with a rating of 73.3 and a slope of 146.
